We're building what should have existed a long time ago: a product with the ergonomics of Lovable, operated on French infrastructure, deployable on-premise, governed like a critical system.
Our story
EkologgIA wasn't born in a lab - it was born in the field. We started with real estate, a sector where documents are abundant, complex and deeply fragmented: contracts, diagnostics, annexes, histories… a mass of critical information that's often hard to exploit.
One finding quickly became obvious: more than 80% of the information needed for decision-making stays locked in unstructured formats. Invisible wealth, scattered - slowing comprehension, delaying arbitration, amplifying the risk of error.
To answer this reality, we built Homapi - our first platform, dedicated to regulatory compliance in real estate. By processing hundreds of thousands of real-world documents, integrating demanding regulatory contexts, and adapting to on-the-ground practice, we developed far more than a business solution.
We built a genuine engine.
That technology became Doc Engine: the engine that takes over the repetitive documentary operations - reading, extraction, verification, routing - so that regulated-sector teams never lose another hour doing them by hand.
